We score every flight against its own comparable set — same route, same day-type, same cabin mix. The filter leaves only those flights trading below their own potential.

Load or yield — which lever is slipping?
A Load × Yield 2×2 places each weak flight into one of four buckets: yield-weak, load-weak, both (critical), or anomaly. Every flight gets a label in under a second.

Walk the tree to the root cause.
From the bucket, the diagnostic tree asks the next question, and the next — 120 nodes covering pricing, inventory, schedule, distribution, ops. End at a root cause with an owner and a next action.
